Recently Sajid’s multi-starrer Houseful got in controversy of copyright case just before its release and now it is Rakesh Roshan’s Kites that has stuck in the tf-8" http-equiv="Content-Type"> The Bihar City Civil Court has ordered a stay on the release of the film till Rakesh Roshan and officials of Happy Hours Entertainment appear before the court on 24 May.
Laxmi Prasad of Sunbeam Holdings has alleged the non-receipt of amount of Rs.10 crore that Roshan had to give them for buying the copy right of the action scenes.
The sources close to film say that the film will be released on its scheduled date in next week but there are no comments yet about the legal matter being resolved or not.
