Sylvester Stallone’s Son SAGE Died Of Heart Attack, Not Drugs

According to the latest Hollywood news, Sylvester Stallone‘s son SAGE, died of a heart attack and not drugs.

The official cause of death of Sylvester Stallone‘s son, Sage Stallone, has finally been determined and contrary to previous reports, he didn’t die of drug overdose.

Although his room, in which his body was found last July 13 and days after he passed away, had bags of white powder suspected to be either crushed Vicodin or Cocaine, he had no drugs in his system.

Apparently, Sage suffered from a heart attack due to a heart disease.

A source connected to the L.A. County Coroner told TMZ,“It was “unusual” for a person Sage‘s age — 36 — to have such advanced coronary problems, but that’s what killed him.”
