The girl, Ruchi, was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her Phase-2 residence, police said.
Relatives of the Ruchi have alleged that she was killed by her husband Sumit, they said.
According to Gurgaon Police Commissioner S S Deswal, Ruchi's sister Priti has alleged that Sumit was having an affair with Meera Chopra, cousin of a famous Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, and was pressurising her sister for a divorce, which her sister was opposed to.
She got married with Sumit in 2005, and the couple were engaged in share brokerage business.
A case against Sumit has been registered and he was arrested on the basis of the complaint filed by the relatives of the deceased, police said.
