After selling off her Beverly Hills home for $38 million, Aniston have settled down at a 1,761-square-foot rented house in Los Angeles with her current beau, Theroux.
An insider divulged the details about Aniston and Theroux's new love nest to Us Weekly. "One bedroom is the master and the other is currently furnished as a guest room," the source said. "It is a really romantic house with great views and a warm feeling in every room. If they decide they like it, it's also for sale."
The house, which comes at a rent of $17,500 a month, has arched ceilings, French doors, ozone pool, spa, three fireplaces and a small garden.
