Big B of Bollywood industry, Amitabh Bachchan, will be hosting Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), Season Four, on Sony Entertainment channel.
Earlier, the show was supposed to be hosted by Aamir Khan, but now it goes back to the first host of the show, Mr. Bachchan.
Big B was the first host of the show in 2000, and it was his first appearance on Indian Television.
After a four-year break, the show was restarted in 2005 as 'Kaun Banega Crorepati Dwitiya'. But due to Big B's illness, the show ended in 2006.
In 2007, SRK became the host of the show, but the show under Khan could not become as popular as it was under Big B.
According to a source, the switch over took place as Star Plus did not renew its contract and so it was given to its rival Sony.
The producer of the quiz game show, Kaun Banega Crorepati, Siddarth Basu said, “Star relinquished the KBC license some time back. And yes, the show is with Sony now.
