Aamir Khan may not be able to attend Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s wedding. The reason being the music launch of his movie Talaash.

The movie has already been delayed for too long. It was supposed to release earlier in the year. But Amir got busy on the small screen, with Satyamev Jayate, his first appearance on television. The launch of the movie is on November 30. The music launch is taking place on October 18th.

The cast of the movie includes Kareena, Aamir, Rani and Nawazuddin Siddique. The whole cast is supposed to be present at the music launch, except for Kareena. Also none from the cast would be going to her reception. Thought the plot of the movie has not been revealed, it is being said that Rani plays Amir’s wife in the movie. Kareena plays a prostitute, whose name is Rosy. Nawazuddin, who has now become synonymous with great acting also, plays an important role in the movie.

The movie has also come into focus, due to allegations that it depicts the Arushi murder case. The makers of the movie have however denied it . In a press release, they said, that Excel Entertainment, which is making the movie is extremely disturbed by the irresponsible media reports which say that the movie had pursued the story of the Arushi murder investigation. They also said that the movie is a work of fiction and has no resemblance to the Arushi Raj murder case. The film production company doesn’t want to exploit the feeling of people affected by such gruesome tragedies. They also urged everyone to ignore this false media propaganda.

The writer of the story is Reema Katgi and Zoya Akhtar. Reema is also the director of this movie.

Meanwhile Aamir is showing considerable effort to promote this movie. He is specially flying back from Chicago, USA for this movie’s music launch. He is presently shooting there for Dhoom3. Amir would be playing the role of police officers for the third time. The first two being in Baazi and Sarfarosh. The two characters that he plays in his two movies are quite contrasting. In Talaash he would be playing the role of a cop, a law enforcer. While in Dhoom 3 he is a super villain, a law breaker.
