The 24-year-old actress is believed to have signed a £2.1million deal to appear in the book which will include ‘full frontal nudity’ and ‘graphic shots’.
The Daily Mirror claims Lohan will be stripping off to pose for photos with 32-year-old Franco and the pair have held meetings in recent weeks to discuss the project.
Richardson is known for his risqué photo shoots and recently shot Lady Gaga in a series of provocative poses for a Supreme clothing ad.
There has yet to be any official confirmation from the actress or the photographer that the project has been given the green light but the Mean Girls star is set to given a exclusive tell-all interview with US chat show host David Letterman in April when she may confirm the news.
