While Christina Aguilera was arrested for public intoxication, it sounds like the public probably won’t be seeing her mug shot.
Aguilera will reportedly not be prosecuted for any crime even though she was booked early this morning, states RadarOnline.com. Although she isn’t facing any charges, the singer will have a record of misdemeanor public intoxication.
Also, it is allegedly being reported that her mug shot will not be released in this matter. She was originally arrested after police noticed she could not take care of herself and could be a danger to herself and the public.
Her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler, has reportedly been charged with DUI in the case where he was allegedly driving erratically.
