Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel get engaged
Justin Timberlake reportedly proposed to girlfriend Jessica Biel at a luxury resort in Wyoming on December 19.
According to sources, the pair are staying at a five star skiing resort in Jackson called the Amangani, and that's where the singer-turned-actor is believed to have got down on his knee to ask the 29-year-old actress to marry him.
Apparently, an art gallery in Jackson heard the news and took to Twitter to post about the couple's engagement.
'Word on the street is that Justin Timberlake proposed to Jessica Biel at the Amangani last night,' they wrote.
Timberlake and Biel were together for four years, before hitting a rough patch at the beginning of last year.
The two had not been seen together for a while, with break-up rumours finally being confirmed in March.
After a few months apart, the Friends With Benefits star was snapped visiting Biel on set in Toronto, Canada, over the summer, the Mirror reported.
The pair was then spotted spending time together in New York a few times in August, and by September things seemed to be back on track.
Shahrukh to overpower Aamir?
Aamir Khan, who has ruled the Christmas season for three consecutive years, is being replaced by none other than Shahrukh Khan this year as he's all geared up to enthrall the audience with his December 23, 2011 release DON 2. But, will King Khan's DON 2 surpass the astonishing Box-office record of Aamir's Christmas releases like TAARE ZAMEEN PAR, GHAJINI and 3 IDIOTS?
Aamir's 2007 release TAARE ZAMEEN PAR made an approximate collection of Rs. 60.835 crore while the 2008 release GHAJINI made around Rs. 115.000 crore and 3 IDIOTS, which released in 2009, grossed nearly 208.000 crore. Since then Aamir is recognized for December bonanzas. But, this year it is superstar Shahrukh who's taking a chance to taste the success.
Interestingly, the dialogue promos and songs of SRK's DON 2 have created the required buzz. A series of DON 2 dialogues have been released which people have liked. Moreover, DON is an established franchise. So SRK can take a sigh of relief. However, his last release RA.ONE which received mixed responses from both critics and audiences may have an adverse effect on DON 2.
Apart from SRK, Priyanka Chopra's last release 7 KHOON MAAF also proved to be a disaster. But, the actress still remains to be amongst the top actresses in Bollywood and people are once again looking forward to see the sizzling chemistry between Don and his 'Junglee Billi'.
Akshay Kumar also tried his luck to make the most of the said festive season in 2010. But unfortunately, his December 24 release TEES MAAR KHAN did not fare well at the box-office despite Katrina Kaif 's hot item song 'Sheila Ki Jawani' and huge promotions of the film.
So, will King Khan recreate the magic and surmount Mr. Perfectionist's box-office quotient? Do let us know.

Sonam surprised at being tagged 'sexy'
Sonam Kapoor’s uber cool look in her forthcoming film “Players” is earning her rave reviews. The “Saawariya” girl is surprised at being tagged sexy and thanks her sister for her new avatar.
“Can you believe people are calling me sexy. I don’t know where to look when they call me that. I am like ‘really me?’,” she said at the launch of a new programe “Super Santa” for UTV.
“I don’t know yaar, maybe I am like one of those girls. But it’s nice to hear it for the first time in my life,” added the 26-year-old who played a simpleton in her last film “Mausam” opposite Shahid Kapoor.
The first big release of 2012, “Players” promos are out and Sonam, who sports sytlish wardrobe and glamorous look, says her sister Rhea should be credited for turning her into a sexy diva in the action thriller.
“It’s all because of my sister. She has very carefully chosen clothes for me. It’s not typical sexy, but it is like edgy sexy,” said Sonam, who was earlier styled by her sister Rhea for their home production “Aisha”.
Coming out on Jan 6, “Players” also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Bobby Deol, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Bipasha Basu.
Sonam debuted as a traditional girl in “Saawariya” in 2007 and later played girl-next-door in “Delhi-6″.
But with “I Hate Luv Storys” she moved on to more chick look and continued it in “Aisha” and “Thank You” with elan.
Currently Sonam is filming for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag” opposite Farhan Akhtar and would also start work on her sister’s untitled next project soon.

Me and SRK are not backslapping buddies: Priyanka Chopra
As Priyanka Chopra awaits the back-to-back release of two ambitious remakes - Don 2 and Agneepath - the actress is also busy shooting for Barfee, Kunal Kohli's next and Krrish 3.
Ques: Your character in Don 2 character is being labelled as Jungli Billi. Are you a Jungli Billi off-screen as well?
Priyanka: Yes, I am quite a Jungli Billi. I stand up for myself and I won't tolerate being treated badly. That's jungli enough.
Ques: Does your character, Roma, go through a transformation in this film?
Priyanka: Yes, she has evolved in the last four years. She goes through a change in her beliefs and in her personality. She is angrier and more upset. It was very difficult to act in a sequel because you had to take the same character you played the first time round and make it more interesting. But Farhan (Akhtar, the director) has written all our characters brilliantly. Don 2 has some incredible dhishoom-dhishoom action, banging cars etc. And I get to do some incredible action sequences like automobile chases. There is a fist fight that my character gets into too. I had to prepare for all my action sequences.
Ques: Now that you have worked with Shah Rukh again, has he become your buddy?
Priyanka: I don't think we can ever be backslapping buddies. He has always been somebody I have admired and seeing such an amazing actor on set is a pleasure. I feel a tremendous amount of respect for him.
Ques: Do you ever envision a Don 3 or Don 4 with playing the Don?
Priyanka: No, let him be the Don. I'd much rather be the Jungli Billi (laughs).
Ques: You have done two remakes, Don and Agneepath, back-to-back. Which character was tougher to play?
Priyanka: In Agneepath, I play a lower middle class Maharashtrian girl, so to draw on that character was very interesting for me. Don is a slick, cool, action film. Both the characters were challenging and different.
Ques: Have you had a chance to see Katrina Kaif's item number, Chikni chameli from Agneepath yet?
Priyanka: I have seen bits of the song. I have been shooting for three films at the same time so I haven't really gotten around to seeing the full song yet. I am really excited about Katrina being a part of Agneepath, because it will add so much to the glory of the movie. I love the song, and she will be incredible in it.
Ques: Speaking of which, songs and music have suddenly assumed major importance in your life - you will soon be debuting with your own music album!
Priyanka: Music was something that I was always very fond of and this was an interesting opportunity that came my way. Now let's see where it goes. I am not really thinking about it and putting pressure on myself. I will wait to see when it happens.
Ques: In what way have you collaborated with international star Jay Sean for your album?
Priyanka: Jay has written a couple of songs for my album. But eventually the songs that stay in the album will be the ones the label takes. We worked together and wrote a few songs and had lot of fun doing it.
Ques: Are you a trained singer?
Priyanka: I trained in Western Classical music while I was in the US.
You have written the lyrics for your songs in the album. So what do they reveal about your personality?
Priyanka: (Laughs) Well, lyrics are a reflection of one's personality. It is not like I am going to be writing gossip about myself. I am a very private person but I spill a lot of my personality into my songs and in the lyrics I write.
Ques: What kind of music do you like listening to?
Priyanka: I love listening to a lot of house, hip-hop and pop music. At the same time, I like listening to Bollywood songs as well. My biggest musical influence has been my father. Music is his hobby so I grew up on music. I have woken up in the mornings to Mohammed Rafi, Lataji and Ashaji. I have always been very musically inclined.
Ques: Do you have any plans for singing your own songs in Hindi films?
Priyanka: Not yet. Everything depends on how I am accepted.
Ques: Coming back to films, you have quite a mixed bag coming up - Krrish 3 with Hrithik Roshan, Barfee opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Kunal Kohli's next with Shahid Kapoor.
Priyanka: I always like to do different genres of movies. We have done only three-four days of shooting for Krrish 3 as yet; and I am very excited. It's great to get back on the set with everybody from the earlier team.
Ques: Kunal Kohli's film has an amazing script and I wanted to work under his direction.
Priyanka: As for Barfee, it was a tremendous challenge because it's a comedy yet at the same time I am playing an autistic character.
Ques: What barfee do you like best?
Priyanka: Kaju katri. I eat it whenever I can get my hands on some.
Ques: Your character in Don 2 character is being labelled as Jungli Billi. Are you a Jungli Billi off-screen as well?
Priyanka: Yes, I am quite a Jungli Billi. I stand up for myself and I won't tolerate being treated badly. That's jungli enough.
